Cape Nidhra Hotel, Hua Hin, in collaboration with the famous modern Izakaya restaurant from Bangkok, "JUA", a very chic restaurant, is organising a pop-up Izakaya ? la carte with fresh local seafood and well-loved dishes from JUA restaurant, such as Angus Beef Skewer; Squid with Coriander Sauce Skewer; Sea-bass Ceviche; Tiger Prawn Firework Sauce; and many more creations by the famous "Chet Atkins" an American chef who intends to prepare every dish with meticulous care on 24-25 November 2023 from 17.30-22.00 hrs.
