EXIM Thailand Organizes EXIM SME Camp to Enhance Skills and Internal Process Integration, Elevating Services for SMEs to Drive Thai Export Growth and Sustainable Development

Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), participated in the EXIM SME Camp, an in-house seminar aimed at developing EXIM professionals for SME promotion to inspire and enhance skills, knowledge while refining SME promotion supply chain processes. This initiative is geared towards elevating EXIM Thailand's customer services for SMEs, contributing to Thai export growth and sustainable development. Dr. Rak also delivered a special lecture titled "Up-spirit, Up-skills, Uplift-processes," focusing on boosting the spirit of managers and branch staff, aligning with SME business processes, akin to the front team of EXIM Thailand. The emphasis was on teamwork, understanding customer needs, agility, and possessing multi-skills and up-skills to better cater to the needs of customers and the Bank's stakeholders. This aligns with the EXIM Thailand's goal of becoming the Green Development Bank.
