The hotel offers excellent transportation links in the heart of Bangkok's Silom district, Thailand, just a minute walk from Sala Daeng BTS (elevated railway) Station and a 5-minute walk from Silom MRT (metro) Station. The area is a prime business district in Thailand with many Japanese companies, which can potentially attract business customers. It is also expected to attract tourists due to its proximity to downtown.
A total of 172 guest rooms consisting of six types, mainly double and twin, are planned in the three-story hotel. There will also be eighteen guest rooms with kitchens, washers, and dryers to accommodate the demand for medium to extended stays. In addition, all double and stay rooms will have a workspace.
The basement floor's restaurant is a multipurpose area that can be used as a lounge out of breakfast hours. It offers counter seating with access to electric sockets and a meeting room with a TV monitor.
