The Breathe Pilates Instructor Training Program equips participants with comprehensive knowledge and skills essential to becoming a certified Pilates instructor. The curriculum covers the STOTT PILATES Five Basic Principles, effective communication, observation skills, verbal cueing, and imagery for performance enhancement and client motivation. Participants also learn modifications for specific body types, postural issues, and conditions, along with theory and practice of postural analysis and exercise layering related to effective program design.
