Ichitan Group Public Company Limited (ICHI), a leading Thai beverage brand, announced that it has received shareholder approval for various strategic initiatives to drive its growth in 2024 and beyond. At the company's annual general meeting held via e-AGM, Ichitan's shareholders enthusiastically approved all agenda items the Board of Directors proposed. This includes the declaration of a 1.00 baht per share annual dividend, with an interim dividend of 0.50 baht per share already paid in 2023. The remaining 0.50 baht per share will be paid on May 10, 2024.
