The 'Sense of Koyo Afternoon Tea' is a visual masterpiece, curated to evoke the warm-vibrant hues and delicate flavours of all. Each delicate treat is meticulously crafted, showcasing the artistry and expertise of the culinary team.

The beautiful afternoon tea begins with a selection of savoury delights, including the tender 'Chicken & Pecorino Tartlet,' a symphony of flavours that perfectly complements the tangy 'Chiang Mai Organic Tomato' and the creamy Bocconcini. For a taste of the sea, the 'Tuna Zuke,' served with sesame and Vol au Vent, offers a light and refreshing contrast.

As guests indulge in the savoury bites, they can savour the anticipation of the sweet treats to come. The afternoon tea's sweet offerings are a celebration of autumn's bounty, featuring exquisite pastries and confections inspired by the season's flavours and textures.
