Electricity Generating Public Company Limited or EGCO Group announced the appointment of Mr. Gumpanart Bumroonggit, currently serving as Senior Executive Vice President - Operation Management, to be a director, acting EGCO Group's President, and a member of the following sub-committees - Investment Committee, Risk Oversight Committee, and Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee. The appointment will be effective on 14 March 2024. He will be in office until the Board of Directors appoints a new President from the qualified candidates.
Mr. Thepparat Theppitak has resigned from EGCO Group's Presidency and membership of Risk Oversight Committee, effective 14 March 2024. Nevertheless, he continues to serve as a director and remains a member of the Investment Committee and a Corporate Governance and Sustainability Committee.
