M Group operates through subsidiaries both domestically and internationally, covering 5 main business groups: Environmental Group, Innovation and Trading Group, Media Group, Transportation and Logistics Systems Group, and Services and Hospitality Group. The company recently announced a strategic restructuring to increase agility, reduce redundancy, and strengthen the group's competitive potential at the international level.

Ms. Pinyutam Akkornkulsarn, President of M Group Holding (Thailand), stated that under this new structure, the company will focus on spinning off subsidiaries to operate independently, managed by new management teams with modern vision to enhance management capabilities and respond to current business opportunities and challenges in a timely manner. This transformation is being implemented under 3 main approaches:

1. Internal Organizational Development for Sustainable Growth - Focus on developing existing organizations by maximizing the use of available resources and infrastructure.

2.International Trade Network Expansion- To enhance capabilities for international competition.

3.Promoting Cooperation and Joint Ventures with potential business partners to share resources, technology, and access new markets.

Ms. Pinyutam further stated that M Group is also preparing to expand its business scope into the clean energy logistics industry group by partnering with electric truck (EV) partners to meet sustainable transportation trends. The company is also focusing on developing environmental innovations such as waste management, wastewater treatment, and biotechnology, with the goal of elevating subsidiaries to be able to register on the MAI Stock Exchange in the near future.
