Bravo BKK - Fit and Fun Mall, the vibrant lifestyle and entertainment hub located in Rama 9 near RCA, Bangkok, has unveiled its plan for the second half of 2025. Known as a "New Experience Destination," Bravo BKK sets itself apart from traditional shopping malls by offering open, creative spaces for all. The new strategy focuses on expanding its tenant network through dynamic brand partnerships, with a key highlight being the "One Year Zero Rent" campaign — offering up to 12 months of free rent for new tenants. The goal is to fill 60-80% of currently available spaces and boost mall traffic by at least 30% within 6 months.
Mr. Goh Soo Sing, Founder & CEO of Bravo BKK, emphasized the mall's commitment to redefining the retail experience:
"Our continued development and strategic branding as an urban lifestyle destination have earned Bravo BKK recognition among young city dwellers. They see us as a creative venue — not just a shopping center — but a cultural playground opens to all genders and generations."
With multipurpose event spaces and tenants predominantly from the entertainment sector, Bravo BKK is widely recognized as a major venue for international concerts, fan meetings, and beauty pageants such as Miss Grand Thailand and Miss Universe Thailand (MUT). It's also home to leading lifestyle events like Siam Songkran Festival and night markets. The space has quickly become a community hub for fitness, sports, and art lovers. Bravo BKK is the first lifestyle complex in Thailand to introduce fitness activations inside the mall, featuring indoor pickleball courts, a balance bike and skate park, as well as free dance and yoga classes in the evening open to all. These offerings promote active living and transform the mall into a vibrant, inclusive space for recreation and community.
However, Bravo BKK acknowledges the need to expand its consumer awareness to broader audiences. To achieve this, the "One Year Zero Rent" campaign was introduced — aimed at attracting new brands and entrepreneurs in F&B, beauty, wellness, fitness, education, entertainment, retail, office, studios and hotel sectors. This initiative aligns with Bravo's event-led awareness strategy, reinforcing its position as a destination for opportunities and new experiences.

"We are confident that this campaign will attract a diverse mix of tenants and drive a significant increase in foot traffic. Within the first 3 months of launch, we expect to see at least a 50% growth in new tenants and fill 60-80% of currently vacant space. Traffic should increase by no less than 30%, supported by both online and offline buzz," said Mr. Goh.
In the second half of 2025, Bravo BKK continues to strengthen the Event-Led Awareness strategy by reinforcing position as a lifestyle creative hub and driving traffic through a diverse lineup of activities. These include an art exhibition that invites visitors to step inside the imaginative worlds of three artistic disciplines: painting, digital art, and fashion — blending creativity with engagement.
Additional highlights include events hosted by tenants, such as the rooftop nightlife opening party, weekend night markets, pet-friendly community gatherings, sports activities, and co-branded collaborations.
These efforts align with Bravo's three strategic pillars:
- "Flexible Space, Curated Use": spaces designed to adapt to the creative vision of each tenant
- "Culture-Driven Programming": delivering fresh content within the mall
- "Smart Partnerships": collaborating with like-minded partners who are ready to grow together.
Through these initiatives, Bravo BKK aims to become a diverse, sustainable community — and ultimately, Bangkok's true "Urban Creative Playground."
