Observed during the ninth lunar month of the Chinese calendar, the Vegetarian Festival is a time-honoured tradition that encourages purification through a plant-based diet. At Ventisi, this spirit is honoured through a carefully crafted menu that highlights the diversity and creativity of vegetarian cuisine, blending local and Asian influences with a contemporary touch.
Among the highlights are Deep-fried taro spring rolls (THB 220++), crisp on the outside and soft within; a Spicy mixed mushroom salad (THB 230++) offering layers of umami; and a fragrant Coconut milk and galangal soup with vegetables (THB 250++), a comforting classic reimagined with vegetarian flair. The Fried tofu with mixed vegetables in gravy sauce (THB 250++) presents a delightful contrast of textures, while the Stir-fried noodles with vegetables in rich brown sauce (THB 260++) deliver wholesome satisfaction. Each dish celebrates balance, purity and indulgence, ensuring a memorable dining experience for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike.
These vegetarian dishes will be served alongside Ventisi's regular fare from its Italian and Thai live cooking stations, as well as its extensive international buffet selection featuring appetisers, salads, soups and desserts.
Ventisi Restaurant is open daily on the 24th floor of Centara Grand at CentralWorld.
