FWD Life Insurance Plc. (FWD Insurance) has again been listed in WorkVenture's Top 50 Companies in Thailand 2026,recognising the 50 organisations that younger professionals most want to work for. The company has made the list compiled by WorkVenture, one of Thailand's leading online job platforms, for three straight years and is the only life insurer included this year. The ranking, based on votes from younger professionals across Bangkok and the surrounding areas, reflects sustained progress in people management and in building an organisational culture that resonates with the new generation of workers.

Mr. David Koruni?, Chief Executive Officer, Thailand and Cambodia, FWD Life Insurance Plc. , said: "At FWD Insurance, we are committed to developing our people and organisational culture in a systematic way, under a management approach that places importance on diversity, equity and inclusion (DE&I), which is a key foundation for building a strong organisation and achieving sustainable growth. Diversity of experience, ideas and perspectives helps us see new opportunities, supports well-rounded decision-making, and enables us to develop products and services that meet customer needs in a diverse society effectively. The DE&I concept is not merely a framework, but is applied in real work through creating an open working environment that respects all differences, giving every employee equal opportunity to participate, so that everyone can be themselves, work to their full potential, and jointly drive the organisation to grow strongly and sustainably in the long term."

One of the main reasons for the strong support from younger professionals is their people strategy, which prioritises an open and inclusive employee experience and encourages participation across every aspect of work. This ranges from flexible working arrangements and listening to feedback at all levels, to creating channels for open exchanges between leaders and employees. Examples include CEO Meets Staff, which enables employees from different functions and levels to engage directly with senior management, share views, and gain a clear understanding of the organisation's direction—helping to build trust, strengthen alignment, and reinforce a shared sense of ownership in driving the organisation forward.

At the same time, FWD Insurance continues to invest in capability-building by creating a working environment that supports employees in developing their full potential. Learning platforms are integrated into day-to-day work, enabling anytime learning through global online courses such as LinkedIn Learning, which offers a broad range of programmes across functions—supporting both professional skill development and individual interests. The company also applies innovative technologies to strengthen HR effectiveness under the concept of "Digital by Design," improving convenience and speed. Examples include Career Hub, an end-to-end career pathway platform developed from employee feedback to help staff explore growth paths, set goals, and develop required skills systematically, with features that recommend appropriate learning tools. It also includes AI Coaching & AI Role Play (on LinkedIn Learning), which provides real-time guidance and personalises content, giving employees an experience similar to having a personal coach to support continuous development. In addition, the company promotes work-life balance and wellbeing through internal activities and employee benefits designed to match different lifestyles, enabling employees to grow alongside the organisation.

FWD Insurance also embeds organisational values that underpin long-term success: working proactively and looking ahead (Proactive); encouraging creativity and openness to new ideas (Innovative); acting with dedication and accountability (Committed); caring for both customers and employees (Caring); and operating transparently, openly and with a strong commitment to ethics (Open). These values are applied across all aspects of work to support steady growth and shared success.

Mr. David added: "Being ranked among the Top 50 Companies in Thailand 2026 for the third consecutive year is therefore not only an award of success, but proof of FWD Insurance's commitment to building an organisation that understands younger professionals and is ready to grow with the changing world of work in the future."

The Top 50 Companies in Thailand 2026 ranking by WorkVenture is based on an open-ended survey of younger professionals in Bangkok and the surrounding areas, drawing on feedback from more than 12,167 respondents aged 22-35, comprising working professionals and newly graduated bachelor's degree holders and above. The survey reflects respondents' views on the organisations they most want to work for. FWD Insurance's continued inclusion highlights younger professionals' confidence in its people-management approach and reinforces that organisation seeking to meet workforce expectations in 2026 must understand what employees value—career growth opportunities, work-life balance and an open culture—areas that FWD Insurance will continue to strengthen.
