Another highlight that deepened the sense of balance was the Mindfulness Workshop led by Pim from Pimchology, a psychology-based workshop brand gaining popularity among the younger generation. Through guided journaling and open-hearted deep talk, participants were invited to tune into their inner voice, explore their thoughts and emotions in a safe space, and develop a clearer understanding of both themselves and those around them.
The morning concluded on a vibrant note with a Matcha Party by Brave Roasters, where guests had the chance to connect and share perspectives on wellness, lifestyle, and new life goals in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere by uplifting DJ music. The gathering reflected how wellness goes beyond physical health, it embraces meaningful connections and the creation of communities that grow and evolve together.
