Bangchak Corporation Public Company Limited announced to its shareholders the completion of the tender offer process for all securities of Bangchak Sriracha Public Company Limited (BSRC) from other BSRC shareholders. The process was completed within the specified period on 27 November 2025. The Company will settle the tender offer price with newly issued ordinary shares of Bangchak at a swap ratio of one newly issued Bangchak share for 6.50 ordinary shares of BSRC.
Bangchak is currently submitting an application to the Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) to list the newly issued ordinary shares, while BSRC is proceeding with its application to delist all BSRC shares from SET. The last trading day for BSRC is expected to be 11 December 2025, and on 12 December 2025, Bangchak's newly issued ordinary shares are expected to commence trading on SET, while all BSRC shares will be delisted.
