Suntory PepsiCo Beverage (Thailand) Co., Ltd., the manufacturer and distributor of beverages products under the Suntory and PepsiCo brands in Thailand, led by Ms. Wipawan Tasanapreechachai, Vice President, Corporate Affairs, continues to advance sustainable packaging management by donating 45 PET bottle collection bins to the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) for the fourth consecutive year. The company also supported the Thai Red Cross Society and the BMA with Suntory PepsiCo Thailand products for use at the 2025 Red Cross Fair, held from 11-21 December 2025 at Lumphini Park. The donation was received by Mr. Pornphrom N.S. Vikitsreth, Chief Sustainability of Bangkok and the Advisor to the Governor of Bangkok.

Suntory PepsiCo Thailand promotes waste segregation at the source, particularly for used PET plastic bottles, to ensure they are efficiently recycled into new bottles through a process known as "Bottle-to-Bottle Recycling." At this year's Red Cross Fair, the company continued its support by providing PET bottle collection bins for the BMA, reflecting its commitment to expanding accessible and tangible channels that enable the public to participate more easily in PET bottle segregation. Over the past four years, Suntory PepsiCo Thailand has provided a total of 170 PET bottle collection bins to the BMA for use at the Red Cross Fair. After the event, these bins will be distributed and installed in public spaces across 50 districts of Bangkok, extending opportunities for used PET bottles to be properly segregated and continuously returned into the recycling system—well beyond the duration of the event itself.

This collaboration not only supports effective waste management at large-scale public events, but also represents a meaningful step toward building a long-term sustainable waste management system. It aligns with the BMA's "No Mixed Waste" policy and Suntory PepsiCo Thailand's commitment to advancing the circular economy, ensuring that PET plastic bottles are recycled into new bottles as much as possible.
