The Trailblaze Next Gen program features a curriculum of diverse expertises that crafted with relevant content from various fields of the digital age to foster interdisciplinary learning. The workshop will last three whole days. Participants will engage in interactive activities and have opportunities to generate new ideas, leading to projects with real-world potential. If there is any idea that has the outstanding potential for growth, the owner of that idea will have a chance to win the development funding prize for their project from the workshop and become the Trailblaze's Global Ambassador to represent the new generation of leaders. Those in this position will also receive further various privileges, such as opportunities to pitch and promote their projects professionally, participate in workshops with leading media outlets, and attend other special events from Trailblez Academy.
Furthermore, Trailblez Next Gen is designed to accommodate participants from around the world. All content and activities will be conducted in English. The ambition of Trailblez Next Gen is to create an international interactive environment for the workshop and to keep holding training sessions in different countries in the upcoming near future. This very first inaugural event will be held in Bangkok, Thailand, with the theme "Where living heritage sustains the future of leadership." This theme draws on the insight that Thai culture possesses qualities of sustainability and self-sufficiency in various dimensions, fostering future leaders ready to create sustainable change on the global level. Throughout the program, experts, academics, and successful role models will take turns sharing multidisciplinarily useful knowledge that is practical and applicable, aligning with the event's theme. In addition, Trailblaze Next Gen also serves as a platform for networking across diverse fields.
