Land and Houses Financial Business Group Reports its 1H/2026 Performance with Net Profit of Baht 1,538.6 million

Mr. Waravoot Tocharoentanapol, President and Head of Finance and Accounting Group ofLH Financial Group Public Company Limited (LHFG), said Thailand's economy in 2026 is projected toexpand by 2.0% YoY, supported by the government's economic stimulus measures, despite ongoing uncertaintiesfrom external factors, both geopolitical conflicts and tariff measures. Amid these challenges, LHFG has continuedto sustain its growth momentum. In the first half of 2026, the company reported a net profit of Baht 1,538.6 million,representing a 37.3% increase YoY. Total assets amounted to Baht 425,330 million, 6.6% up from the end of 2025,reflecting the success of its strategy to achieve quality growth coupled with prudent risk management.Land and Houses Financial Business Group believes that sustainable growth must be achievedtogether with its customers. Land and Houses Financial Business Group operates its business with a strong commitment tosustainability and good corporate governance. The company has received various awards and recognitions, includingCorporate Governance Assessment, AGM Checklist, SET ESG Ratings, ESG Certificate, ESG100 Decade Award,Sustainability Disclosure Recognition, and Carbon Footprint for Organization (CFO) and Carbon Neutrality Certificate.Mr. Shih, Jiing-Fuh, Chief Executive Officer and President of Land and Houses Bank PublicCompany Limited (LH Bank), revealed LH Bank's performance in the first half of 2026 with strong growthacross all dimensions with net profit of Baht 1,376.9 million, an increase of 24.9% YoY. Net interest incomeamounted to Baht 3,640.5 million, a 8.4% increase YoY. Net non-interest income reached Baht 910.2 million,representing a significant increase of 70.6% YoY. Total loans to customers stood at Baht 302,153 million, 6.7%growth from the end of 2025. The growth is across all loan segments. The bank also maintained stable asset quality,with a non-performing loan (NPL) ratio of 2.56%. One of the key factors supporting the growth is derived from itsInternational Banking businesses, supported by CTBC Bank, the largest private bank in Taiwan and the parentcompany of Land and Houses Financial Business Group, with extensive international networks. As a result, bothtrade finance and FX incomes grew significantly.

In the retail banking business, the customer base increased by 16.7%, driven by the bank's lifestylebanking strategy and wealth management. Fee income grew by 127% through the development of investmentproducts and financial advisory services. The bank has continued to invest in digital technology and AI to enhancecustomer experience. This includes the development of GENIE, an AI Assistant on the LHB You application,which provides personal assistance through natural language communication, further improving customerexperience and service. In addition, the LHB Biz Connect digital platform for corporate customers has driventransactions to more than 2.5 times.

The bank moves forward to sustainable banking. In the first half of 2026, the bank granted more thanBaht 5.8 billion in sustainable finance, representing an increase of more than twofold from the previous year. It alsolaunched green deposits, which attracted over Baht 1.48 billion. In addition, the bank has developed its transition

2pathway service to support SME entrepreneurs in upgrading their performance and facilitating their transitiontoward a low-carbon economy.

For the second half of 2026, the bank will continue to execute its long-term business strategy,

focusing on growth through 3 key pillars including:

1. Expanding quality loans and fee income under prudent risk management2. Enhancing customer service capabilities and seeking continuous excellence through digitaltechnology and AI3. Pushing sustainable finance as a key driver of the bank's customers' long-term growthIn the second half of 2026, the bank will focus on quality lending in potential industries linked toforeign direct investment (FDI) as to expand its trade finance and FX business through CTBC's networks. Thebank will continue expanding its wealth management by having investment products tailored to the needs of eachsegment. In addition, it will promote Green Loans, Sustainability-Linked Loans, and Green Deposits, alongsideTransition Advisory services through collaborations with clean energy partners to foster transition toward low-carbon community while enhancing their long-term growth potential.

Mr. Monrat Phadungsit, President of Land and Houses Fund Management Company Limited(LH Fund), said that, in the first half of 2026, the company's total assets under management (AUM) across allbusiness segments amounted to Baht 98,791 million, representing approximately 5.0% growth from the previousyear. The mutual funds plus real estate investment trusts (REITs) had a total fund size of Baht 72,764 million,increasing by approximately 3.6% from the end of 2025. Private funds totaled Baht 15,105 million, approximately11% up from the end of 2025, while provident funds reached Baht 10,921 million, an increase of approximately6.3% from the end of 2025. During the first half of the year, the company rolled out a total of 12 new funds, withcombined IPO subscriptions amounting to Baht 2.145 billion. These funds focused on long-term and sustainableinvestment themes aligned with global megatrends, including AI infrastructure, semiconductor, energyinfrastructure, and thematic global equity.

For the second half of 2026, the company will continue to build on its growth momentum through
