The Bank aims to strengthen its workforce across all levels from operational level, middle management to technical experts. 40 per cent of the vacancies are Relationship Manager roles, 20 per cent are teller positions at branches and 40 per cent are roles at supporting functions.
According to the National Economic and Social Development Council (NESDC), the number of unemployed stood at 610,000 in Thailand in the first quarter of 2022. Unemployment among highly educated workers also remained high, with tertiary graduates accounting for 3.1 per cent of the unemployed workforce, or 225,000 people.
