AXA Thailand General Insurance has once again been recognized for its excellence in human resource management with the presentation of four HR Excellence Awards by Human Resources Online, a publication of Lighthouse Independent Media. During the ceremony held at the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit Hotel, Ms. Chailai Hongladaromp, Chief People Officer; Ms. Paweena Khemarangsan Chief Customer Officer; Mr. Alexandre Keosayavong, Chief Health Officer; and Mr. Syed Ali Yahya, Chief Risk Officer, were present to accept the awards on behalf of the company.
Two Gold Awards, for Excellence in Business Transformation and for Total Rewards Strategy, were conferred, while a Silver Award was given for Excellence in Corporate Wellness. A Bronze Award was also presented for Excellence in Learning and Development. These four honors highlight the company's achievements in excellence management, and its exceptional efforts in talent development to support continuous business transformation.
