While still meeting high levels of security the new design reflects the bank's understanding of the customer such as arranging buttons so customers can use it comfortably with one hand, moving the favorites menu near the users' thumb, providing a new content layout for easier reading, and moving banners to the top so that customers won't miss any new privileges or news from the bank. Moreover, the new interface highlights frequently used functions such as Quick Banking, Quick Balance, Scan to Pay, History and My Favorites by placing them in easier-to-use positions. These developments reflect the continuous efforts to improve Bangkok Bank Mobile Banking to provide a good user experience, be top of mind and become your "trusted partner" for mobile banking throughout your financial journey.
