Basashi : the premium horse meat sashimi

The Emerald Hotel is introducing a new premium menu "Basashi", which is sashimi made from horse meat. By bringing raw horse meat to slice into thin pieces and eat it fresh. Without seasoning or cooking, eat with soy sauce, wasabi and other side dishes lie fish sashimi.
