EXIM Thailand Upholds a Policy to Promote Human Rights and Care for Stakeholders at All Levels, Driving Organizational and National Sustainable Development in Town Hall Meeting

Dr. Rak Vorrakitpokatorn, President of Export-Import Bank of Thailand (EXIM Thailand), convened the 4th Town Hall Meeting of 2023 with the Bank's management and staff at EXIM Thailand's Head Office on September 29, 2023. During this meeting, he shared the Bank's achievements in the first 8 months of 2023, which were the result of the collective effort and dedication of employees at all levels, within the framework of an empathetic workplace. This workplace promotes diversity and inclusion while emphasizing the principles of protection, respect, and remediation. The Bank's Management actively listens to the voices of stakeholders to cultivate a positive internal and external communication culture (Speak Up Culture) and drive sustainable development, both in Thailand and globally.
