UOB Thailand has announced that UOB TMRW, innovative mobile banking application serving retail customers, has won multiple industry awards in 2023, solidifying the Bank's position as the pioneer in digital banking innovation.

This year UOB TMRW was recognised by three of the most regionally renowned award institutions in the financial industry, securing five prestigious accolades for Best Mobile Banking Application -Thailand and Most Innovative Digital Bank- Thailand from International Finance Award 2023 (2 awards); Best Customers Insights Initiative - Virtual Banking from Digital CX Award 2023 and Best Digital Bank- Thailand and Excellence in Digital Innovation from Global Retail Banking Innovation Awards 2023 (2 awards).

Aligned with UOB Thailand's focus on scaling its customer base and deepening customer engagement, UOB TMRW has empowered customers with a full suite of initiatives across servicing and product offerings to provide a hyper-personalised experience for every customer.

Through partnership with fintech ecosystem partners, the Bank continues to augment UOB TMRW app by leveraging AI to personalise the way it serves, converses, and anticipates each customer's needs. The recognitions received throughout the year highlight key features including:

  • Insight Cards: Smart Insights powered by the Personetics' AI engine to deliver personalised insights to each customer based on order of importance and relevancy each time they login. Depending on their profiles, transactions and activities with UOB, customers will receive different type of insights and offers that matter to them.
  • Rewards+: UOB's curated deals, cashback and rewards programme designed to serve customers a wide selection of exclusive promotions and deals for every lifestyle and every need. The newly added Reward+ feature enables customers to view, track and redeem their reward points or cashback earned with every card transaction. Customers can see how many points earned for each transaction or use pay with points to redeem rewards points to offset their card spend.
  • Chatbot and Livechat: UOB TMRW's digital customer service model uses the chatbot to orchestrate the delivery of customer service as a combination of self-service, FAQ response and agent support through chat or voice. Based on their needs, customers are seamlessly transitioned to different service model components within the same interface.
