The Grill Room specialises in Western-style cuisine, offering a selection of dishes including salads; soups; pasta; and steak. Among the signature dishes is the Striploin Steak (1,990 Baht++), with locally sourced, Korat Wagyu beef, as the key component. Another stand-out option is the T-Bone Steak (1,550 Baht++), featuring imported beef from Australia. Every steak menu comes with 2 complimentary side dishes ranging from French fried potatoes; truffle mashed potatoes; sauteed mushrooms; sauteed assorted vegetables; creamy spinach; to steamed rice. For seafood enthusiasts, the Seared Tuna Steak (580 Baht++) is not to be missed, served alongside sauteed Mediterranean vegetables and a fresh salad, leaving a lasting impression on diners.
