Over a period of 18 months, selected candidates will learn and explore different aspects of the Bank's business, with a focus in the business segment or corporate function of their choice. They will gain insights and hands-on experience on end-to-end business processes, while receiving on-the-job coaching and mentorship from senior-level colleagues in tackling problem statements. Throughout the fast-track learning process, the MAs will also be rotated to other divisions for wider exposure.

The UOB MA Programme also offers opportunities for knowledge-sharing among the network of MA alumni and career advancement regionally with project assignment and job rotations to the Bank's headquarters in Singapore or other ASEAN countries where UOB operates.
The UOB MA Programme aims to groom the next generation with fast track to be our banking leaders, there are more than 30 percent of all MA moving on to a leadership role as Assistant Vice President or above. The programme continues to be popular among young talents in Thailand with more than 3,000 applications in 2020.
Applications for the UOB MA Programme are now open until 28 February 2022. Interested applicants must have:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognised university;
- No more than two years of work experience;
- Demonstrated leadership track record in school and/or at work; and
- Fluency in English language.
Candidates will be required to go through an online assessment and a panel interview with the Bank's Human Resources team and senior management.
