That's where Ford's new Discover Your Ford - Learning Hub comes in. It's an always-on library of videos and tutorials designed to help turbocharge your new car knowledge and build the necessary confidence so you can easily use all your vehicle's features.
Importantly, they're authored and created by Ford's in-house experts and engineers.

"We engaged the people who developed Ranger and Everest to help us build a useful 'how to' content for customers - content they can trust and access wherever, whenever and however they need it."
The Learning Hub is another example of Ford's commitment to making our customers' experiences exceptional, Thomas said. "We want our customers to feel like part of our family."
The informative learning hubs, mixing written and video content, have been launched via the Ford website in each participating market. Hubs are currently available across South Africa, Australia, Thailand and Vietnam with more markets set to launch in the coming months.
These content hubs allow both existing Ranger, Ranger Raptor, and Everest owners - and those intending to buy a Ford - to discover everything the product is capable of. From connecting your phone, to engaging Quiet Mode on Ranger Raptor's active-valve exhaust, to towing tips, off-road driving advice and much, much more, there's a treasure trove of snackable and longer-form written and video content.
"We've got a wealth of articles and videos already available covering Ranger, Ranger Raptor and Everest, and as we add new models to the line-up or introduce new features, we'll continue to grow the Learning Hub," Thomas said.
