For an all-out wow factor, Blue Sky delivers on both views and food. The gorgeous rooftop space looks over Bangkok Skyline, while the menu features USDA prime Black Angus, 35-day dry aged grand fed beef, 400-day chilled grain fed wagyu beef imported directly from Australia and many more prime cuts. You can add a range of toppings such as foie gras or rustic, pork chicken & Cognac pate, plus numerous sauces. There is even a salt menu. Steak aside, we also prepare some fine seafood dishes, such as our 2-foot-tall seafood sharing tower with 12 oysters chilled, lobster, Alaskan king crab legs and river prawns served with spicy seafood sauce and lemon mayonnaise.
